PMHNP-BC, CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Kristi brings a lifelong dedication to healthcare, starting her career as a CNA and advancing through diverse roles across nursing homes, hospitals, and private practices. Her firsthand experience in both clinical and administrative settings gives her a deep understanding of the challenges providers face. As both a clinician and business owner, Kristi leverages her expertise to shape WiseMind’s direction, ensuring operational excellence while advocating for fellow clinicians. Her unique perspective allows her to make strategic decisions that balance quality patient care with sustainable business growth.
Aaron Bose
CO-FOUNDER. DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY
Aaron has been immersed in the IT world since 2006, though his passion for technology started long before. With a bachelor’s degree in CIS Business and Networking and a master’s in CIS Cybersecurity from Bellevue University, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic financial management to WiseMind. Aaron is dedicated to integrating IT innovation into the company’s culture—though the dream of a ping pong table remains a work in progress. His ability to merge technology with healthcare operations has improved communication, enhanced efficiency, and strengthened care delivery. When challenges arise, including unexpected crises like a pandemic, Aaron ensures seamless IT solutions—enabling WiseMind to pivot to Telehealth at a moment’s notice.
Sheena Cole
ATHENA NINJA, DIRECTOR OF PROVIDER SERVICES
Sheena is a seasoned healthcare administrator with expertise in revenue cycle management, credentialing, provider relations, compliance, and EHR implementation. She has led numerous healthcare programs and initiatives, focusing on improving efficiency, accessibility, and quality of care. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, she has earned recognition on the honor roll and president’s list. Sheena is also a CPR instructor, an active member of the Uinta County Suicide Task Force, and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Passionate about advancing healthcare, she is committed to achieving the quadruple aim and driving WiseMind’s mission to enhance care quality and accessibility.
